Frequently asked questions
Which operating systems can I run?
Ready images are available for Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux and Windows Server (license billed monthly). You can also upload your own images in QCOW2 or RAW format.
How is usage billed?
Servers and volumes are billed per hour while they exist, up to a monthly cap of 730 hours. Object storage is billed per GB stored. Everything appears on one monthly invoice.
Is public cloud secure enough for production?
Yes. Customers are isolated at the hypervisor and network level, disks are encrypted at rest, and the platform runs within our ISO/IEC 27001 certified operations.
Can we move to private cloud later?
Yes. Both run in the same data center, so we can move your servers to dedicated hosts with minimal downtime when your needs grow.
