Frequently asked questions
How is private cloud different from colocation?
With colocation you bring and run your own hardware. With private cloud we provide, own and maintain the hardware and hypervisor, and you get a ready platform for your virtual machines.
What is the minimum size?
Three hosts, so the cluster keeps running if one host fails or is under maintenance. CPU, memory and storage are sized to your workloads.
Can we add capacity later?
Yes. Additional hosts or storage can usually be added within two weeks, without downtime.
Who has administrative access?
You do, at the level we agree. Our engineers access the platform only for agreed operations, and every access is logged.
