    Data hall

Biometric and card access to each hall, full CCTV coverage and recorded entry and exit.

  4. 04

    Cabinet

Individually locked racks or private cages, with keys or codes issued only to named people.

Power and cooling

Built to keep running through maintenance and faults

Every critical component has a backup, and every part can be serviced while your equipment keeps running.

Power: 2N

  • Two independent utility feeds into the building
  • Two separate UPS systems, each able to carry the full load
  • Diesel generators with on-site fuel for 48 hours at full load
  • A and B power feeds to every rack, over separate paths
  • Generators tested under load every month

Cooling: N+1

  • Chillers with a spare unit in every group
  • Hot and cold aisle containment in every data hall
  • Free cooling for much of the year, thanks to the climate in Sofia
  • Temperatures kept within ASHRAE recommended ranges
  • Temperature and humidity monitored per row, 24/7

Connectivity

Carrier-neutral, with real path diversity

4 carriers are present in the building, entering through two separate fiber routes into two meet-me rooms.

Connectivity services
  • 4 carriers

Use one or several, and get competitive offers for every link.

  • Two fiber entries

Separate routes into the building, so a single cable cut cannot isolate the site.

  • Fast cross-connects

Fiber and copper cross-connects, usually ready within two business days.

  • Direct cloud access

Private links from your rack to Nebora Public and Private Cloud.
